This is an amazing Original Oil Painting Entitled “Cupid Puppets” by Dagobhis Dopazo Alonso. He is a self-taught Cuban artist. On this series, he is doing fine detailed oil painting, with crisp edges and softly shaded over the figures giving a great 3-dimensional look, all over a textured canvas. This one was painted in 2009 and received the 2nd prize in the Salon of Erotic Art, Havana, Cuba. The artist concept for this painting is “Two women, one dominating the other, in a kind of erotic play”. Actual painting size 39.25″ x 25.25″.
